Duties
- Lead candidate sourcing efforts through innovative lead generation strategies, including social media management and online job portals.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to streamline recruitment workflows.
- Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates aligned with job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules, communicate effectively with candidates, and facilitate smooth interview processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment insights.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools for relationship management and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and continuously improve sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets.
Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation techniques for talent acquisition across multiple channels.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Knowledge of social media management tools for employer branding and candidate outreach campaigns.
- Familiarity with salesforce or CRM platforms for maintaining candidate pipelines and tracking interactions.
- Understanding of human resources principles and best practices in recruitment processes.
