The Crown Hotel is a 67 bedroomed country house Hotel approximately 3.2 miles outside Carlisle
Includes evenings and weekend shifts
As a Kitchen Porter you will report directly to the Head Chef
your role will involve:
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen
- Cleaning and washing of all kitchen equipment
- Ensuring that the chefs have all equipment available to prepare dishes
The ideal candidate must also have the following attributes
- A good understanding of Health & Hygiene
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Enthusiasm and hardworking
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must have the experience of working in Hotel Kitchens
