Through our structured 8-week Trainee Recruitment Academy, you'll receive hands-on training, coaching and mentorship, developing into a specialist 360 Recruitment Consultant.
What you'll be doing:
- Learning the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing through to placement
- Building relationships with candidates and clients across the AI and technology market
- Headhunting specialist talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Developing business development and sales skills to win new clients
- Managing recruitment processes, negotiating offers and delivering an outstanding candidate experience
- Building your own specialist market and personal brand

This role is based in our Bishop's Stortford office, where you'll work five days per week throughout the Academy to maximise your learning and development.
Interviews for our September 2026 Academy will take place throughout August, with successful candidates starting on Monday 14th September 2026.
