*Dental Receptionist Position - Invisiblebraces4u Dalston.*
*Monday to Friday - 9AM-6:30PM*
Invisiblebraces4u (IB4U) are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely practice, IB4U Dalston. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in the Dalston area.
You will be joining a fantastic group of clinicians and wider support staff, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport, less than a 2 minute walk from both Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction tube stations.
Hours:
Core business hours are Monday to Friday 9am-6:30pm, with flexibility to work over the weekend as/when needed.

Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
- Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
- Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
- Collecting & recording patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy

Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
- However, if have no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role will also be considered
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
- Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
- Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
