Activity Co-ordinator (Full-Time)
Oakleigh Residential Care Home is a friendly, CQC-registered 24-bed dementia residential care home, and we are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and creative Full-Time Activity Co-ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be passionate about enhancing the lives of people living with dementia by planning and delivering meaningful, person-centred activities that promote wellbeing, independence, and social engagement. You will have a caring nature, excellent communication skills, and a dementia-friendly approach, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. Previous experience in a care setting or activities role is desirable but not essential, as full support and training will be provided for the right candidate. This is a full-time position with a negotiable salary, depending on experience. Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
