Responsibilities

- Coordinate food preparation activities, from ingredient sourcing to final plating, ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Train and mentor team members in cooking techniques, food safety procedures, and customer service excellence
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and control food costs to optimize efficiency
- Support serving staff by ensuring timely preparation of menu items and assisting during busy service periods
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within a hospitality or restaurant environment
- Supervising experience with a track record of effective team management and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Demonstrated culinary expertise across various cuisines and menu types
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and ensure seamless service delivery
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior restaurant experience is highly preferred; hospitality background is a plus
