The Role
- Lead and deliver a consistently high-quality breakfast service
- Prepare fresh breakfast dishes to a high standard
- Ensure excellent presentation and consistency
- Complete preparation and mise en place for breakfast service
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Assist with stock control and minimise food waste
- Work closely with the wider kitchen team
- Maintain a calm and professional approach during busy services
The Candidate
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or experienced Chef de Partie
- Strong breakfast service experience
- Good knowledge of fresh food preparation
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- A reliable and professional approach
- Strong food hygiene knowledge
