We're after a confident, Level 3 qualified practitioner with real leadership experience, someone ready to take ownership of their room and bring out the best in the people around them. What you'll need:
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification as standard (Level 5 would be a bonus)
- Previous experience managing or leading a room or team in a nursery setting
- A genuine belief in learning through nature and the outdoors
- Strong working knowledge of the EYFS, key person practice, and observation and assessment
- The leadership skills to guide, mentor and bring the best out of your team
- A flexible, can-do attitude; outdoor early years keeps you on your toes
- Confident communication with children, parents and colleagues alike
- An enhanced DBS, or willingness to apply for one
