About the Role
We are building a pool of confident, outgoing and reliable Brand Ambassadors and Social Media Presenters who can be called upon as and when required to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement activities, store openings, forecourt promotions, product launches and social media content creation.
This is a flexible, casual role with no guaranteed hours. Successful applicants will be contacted when opportunities become available and can choose whether they wish to accept individual assignments.
Typical Duties
- Engaging with customers at our retail and forecourt locations.
- Promoting loyalty programmes, products and services.
- Supporting promotional campaigns and special events.
- Appearing in social media content including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook videos.
- Presenting products, promotions and offers on camera.
- Assisting with customer sign-ups, app downloads and registrations.
- Representing our brands in a professional and positive manner.
Who We're Looking For
- Confident and personable individuals.
- Comfortable speaking with members of the public.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and in social media content.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive, energetic and reliable.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, promotions, sales, presenting, content creation or brand ambassador work is beneficial but not essential.
