Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and upbeat person to join our small team. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred, along with a passion for delivering excellent guest services.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring prompt service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and host station
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while enhancing guest experience
- Support the team during busy periods by assisting with various service tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not essential; a keen willingness to learn is important
- Experience with guest services, upselling, and creating a welcoming atmosphere is desirable
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
