Duties
- Assist with the preparation and movement of materials, products, or equipment within the facility
- Support the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring accurate handling and placement
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to promote safety and efficiency
- Operate basic machinery or tools as required, following all safety protocols
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or hazards and report them promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Follow safety guidelines diligently to ensure a secure working environment for everyone
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is a plus but not essential
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for completing documentation and following instructions
- Full drivers license would be advantageous
