We’re currently hiring a full time Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical Bias to join our team, Monday to Friday.

Salary will be based on experience, c£40,000 - £45,000
Locations of site include but are not limited to: Central London, Surrey, Middlesex and Kent.
Overall responsibility:
To be responsible for the maintenance of all sites as directed. To carry out electrical, plumbing and mechanical repairs, PPMs, tests and reports.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Complete reactive workload utilising the helpdesk facility
- Complete pre-planned maintenance at various sites
- Request, source and collect materials and equipment required to complete reactive jobs
- Escort subcontractors whilst on site if applicable.
- Maintain log book compliance on site, reporting back to the office any missing reports and documentation.
- Carry out post service checks to plant and equipment
- Maintain tidy workshop.
- Complete RAMs and H&S inspections.
- Participate in the Out of Hours 'On Call' rota.
Qualifications and knowledge:
- A level of understanding of MS Office & good overall standard of I.T literacy
- Minimum of two years experience working as a maintenance engineer
- Availability for weekend and OOH overtime and call outs
- Mechanical Qualification (City & Guilds)
- Educated to Grades 5-9 (A*-C) in Maths & English
- Excellent communication skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of Health and Safety

- Electrical Knowledge/Qualification
- Knowledge of Water systems
- Knowledge/ Experience on AC Systems
