For over 20 years, we have designed and manufactured high-quality electronic sensors and instrumentation used across a variety of industries worldwide.
As a Modern Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience working within our warehouse and distribution operation while studying towards an SCQF Level 5 qualification in Warehouse, Storage & Distribution.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working as part of a team, and wants to build a long-term career in logistics and supply chain operations.
What you'll be doing
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll support the smooth running of our dispatch, materials, and customer service activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the receipt, storage, and movement of materials and finished goods
- Learning and following warehouse and dispatch procedures
- Maintaining accurate stock records using our ERP system
- Assisting with stock control and stock-taking activities
- Processing incoming and outgoing goods
- Supporting the movement, segregation, and release of materials to production
- Responding to customer and carrier enquiries regarding deliveries and tracking information
- Helping ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Working collaboratively with production and warehouse teams to meet business targets and customer expectations
