We currently have a position for a Nurse to join our compassionate and established team of healthcare professionals in
-Cove Manor Nursing Home, based in Ardboe, Dungannon.
-Glenmachan Tower Nursing Home, Belfast.
This Nurse's position are based in an impressive care facility which boasts fantastic reputations, a friendly and professional environment and are dedicated to providing exceptional care to all our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with a highly motivated team that focuses on providing a high standard of direct patient care.
- To administer medications, treatments, and clinical procedures in line with best practice.
- Keep clear and accurate records at all times
- Collaborate with the resident/ family/ healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate interventions as required.
-Support and supervise care staff
Requirements:
- RGN/RMN Qualification NMC Registration.
- Have a compassionate and caring manner
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of emergency protocols, procedures, and equipment
- Computer/IT knowledge
