Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting
- Maintain a clean and organised work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members as needed.
- Participate in promotional events and marketing activities to attract new clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of barbering techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to upsell services and products confidently.
- Previous experience in store management or front desk operations is a plus.
- A valid hairdressing qualification or certification is required.
