Hear from some of our current staff members who have climbed the career ladder in care:Meet Olivia Merrifield, Senior Complex Care Case Officer Olivia joined Amore Complex Care in 2017 as a Clinical Support Worker, beginning her career in care. Her dedication and commitment quickly saw her progress to Team Leader on the package she originally worked on, before becoming a Senior Complex Care Case Officer. One of Olivia's career highlights was supporting a lifelong Everton supporter who won a fan experience day with Everton Football Club. Having worked closely with the client throughout her progression with Amore Complex Care, she witnessed first-hand the impact of seeing his dream come true, as he met then-manager Sean Dyche, members of the team and past Everton legends.
