The role will be based on 45 hours a week- Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm only! No Weekends or Bank Holidays!

Experience:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for delivering high class customer service and good quality food coffee. You will already be at assistant manager level or work within a fast paced environment which will challenge you and offer you an exciting and motivating place to work.
You need to be willing to receive and follow instructions, learn quickly and have a good communication skills but above all show passion when it comes to customer service.
Experience:
This is a full time role and we are looking for an strong and experienced, enthusiastic assistant manager for this role & involves all aspects of daily café operations:
- Passionate about coffees and food with some good cooking skills
- Ensuring Health and Food Safety Standards are met
- Familiar with best practices of H&S and food hygiene (HACCP)
- Be able to develop excellent customer relationship and drive sales
- Be able to manage, motivate and engage with customers and provide a high standard of customer service
- Achieving goals and targets
- Assisting with ordering of food and stocktake
- Assisting with dealing with suppliers and deliveries
- Can build excellent client relationships
