Network Scaffolding are seeking a class 2 driver to start ASAP. HIAB licence is preferred. £15.83 basic rate with appropriate overtime rates.
1.PrimeResponsibility/ Role Summary
- Loading, unloading, preparing, cleaning and operating a vehicle for delivery duties. Ensuring that the vehicle is roadworthy and fully compliant with all transport and Health and Safety legislation.
2.Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspecting the vehicle for operation
- Loading and unloading products
- Delivering items
- Driving vehicles through different routes
- Completion of various admin duties such as: obtaining signatures, filling in forms, handing over load lists etc
- Accurate recording of mileage, fuel purchases and other costs occurred whilst on duty
- Ensure own self-knowledge is maintained and identify opportunities for training and improvement.
- Ensure compliance is being met with all company policies
- Ensure all documents and records produced are kept secure and are reviewed to maintain validity.
- Identify and agree SMART opportunities for company improvement, create action plans for achievement and monitor progress.
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be required to fulfil company requirements or following changes in legislation or policy

- Significant travel across UK sites.
