Ducklings is a new exciting and forward-thinking Nursery group we'relooking for an Educator to Manage our Before and After school club and additional before and after school staff.
Ideally people who are passionate about bringing enrichment opportunities and want to be part of a team that is dedicated to the magic of teaching children how to learn and not what to learn.
We are committed to providing a high quality service through our curriculum and hope to recruit/ train people who are equally passionate about implementing the latest research around building children’s brains. The world has changed rapidly - unfortunately education has stood still. We are here to change that.
We offer amazing face to face training opportunities - all training, staff meetings and staff DBS paid for.
Expectations
To provide a well researched and exciting programme of physical, emotional, social and intellectual development for all children at the after school club and nursery
- To work as a team to ensure the cirriculum intentions are delivered for all children
- To work as part of a team in order to provide an environment in which all individual children can be engaged in and excited about
- To work within the requirements set out in the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage and appreciate wider pedagogy such as the Reggio Emelia or forest schools approach.
**Must be willing to undertake a Paediatric First Aid Course, paid for by us if you do not already have this qualification**

· Qualifications:
· - Childcare or teaching (ideal)
· - GCSE's in Mathematics and English
· - Right to work in the UK
