Role: Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 / Level 3)
Location: Crowborough, Sussex
Hours: Flexible – full-time, part-time, and temp-perm opportunities
Pay:
- Level 2: £13.50 per hour PAYE (equivalent to up to £28,080 annually based on full-time hours) plus Holiday and pension contributions.
- Level 3 plus: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour (equivalent to up to £35,360 annually based on full-time hours) PAYE plus Holiday and pension contributions.
- Enhancements for covering last-minute shifts when applicable.

We are seeking confident and experienced practitioners who can:

This role is suited to practitioners who are comfortable stepping into new settings and maintaining professional standards from day one. We are not currently able to offer school hours.

We are looking for Nursery Practitioners with:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) or willingness to obtain one
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS
- Proven experience working within nursery settings
- Reliable and able to adapt to different environments
- High standards of professionalism and productivity
- Strong communication skills
