An exciting opportunity to join the team at Phototronics, the Norths leading school photography specialists as a freelance photographer.
All candidates MUST hold a full UK driving license and have a suitably sized and fully insured vehicle as they must be prepared and able to travel to various locations around the NORTH EAST.
The perfect candidate must be able to work confidently with children, have a polite approachable manner and be comfortable communicating verbally with both adults and children. They must have the ability to work as part of a team and at times on their own.
Potential candidates should preferably have some suitable or relevant photographic experience, ideally with previous school experience and have detailed working knowledge of studio lighting. However, full training will be provided to ensure that they meet the exceptionally high standards that we and our clients adhere to.
They must be available to work Monday to Friday, the position includes early starts and the odd late finish but is normally just school hours.
All our freelance photographers must be reliable, hardworking, outgoing and committed. They must possess a flexible attitude towards their role and have the foresight to adapt to a multitude of different situations.
Photographic equipment is provided along with the before mentioned training and guidance needed.
Enhanced DBS checks will be required before commencement.
You will be expected to work during school term time between September and December. and training to take place the beginning of September. This will be discussed in more detail during the interview stage.
Daily rate of pay is £150. Training rate £70 (usually half a day)
The position also includes a very generous travel expenses package in addition to the daily rate of pay.
