The Digital Lead Nurse / AHP will work with the Care Group Triumvirate to provide professional leadership to the Nursing / Midwifery / Allied Health Professions (NMAHP)’ service’ for digital initiatives and digital transformation.
The post holder will support the development and implementation of the Oracle Health EPR project within the clinical and service redesign programme of work. Driving provision of high quality evidence based NMAHP practice which will be delivered within an EPR in an acute and across provider organisations.
The post holder will be a strong clinical leader, easily identifiable, highly visible, and accessible to patients, carers, and staff. They will have a particular responsibility to support the developments of digital / technology and service improvement, to modernise patient services and ensure the active involvement of patients and carers in the way services are developed, delivered, and evaluated. They will establish and support a network of Care Group Digital Champions.
This job is currently only open to people who already work for the NHS in Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly.
