- Provide clinical input into patient feedback, complaints, incidents, risk reviews and significant event investigations.
- Lead and contribute to clinical governance, local MDTs, audits, quality improvement activity and regulatory inspection preparation.
- Support effective results management, including failsafe reporting, audit activity and timely follow-up of outstanding clinical tasks.
- Mentor and support Medical Practitioners, including regular engagement, clinical guidance, appraisals and development conversations.
- Partner with Practice Managers, nursing teams, governance, quality and recruitment colleagues to support service delivery and onboarding.
- Deputise for the Clinical Director of Dermatology where required and act as a trusted clinical voice within the business.

- Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, decision-making and organisational skills.
- Confidence working with clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders in a healthcare environment.
- A genuine interest in supporting clinical teams and shaping dermatology services within Bupa.
Desirable
- Current NHS substantive Consultant Dermatologist role.
- Previous experience as a Clinical Lead in the NHS or private healthcare setting.
