Responsibilities
- Operate various drying machinery and equipment with precision and care to achieve desired moisture levels.
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting on drying systems.
- Monitor process parameters continuously, making real-time adjustments to optimize drying performance.
- Conduct inspections of materials before, during, and after the drying process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain detailed logs of operational data, equipment status, and any issues encountered during shifts.
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper handling of tools and adherence to safety guidelines in a construction-like environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve procedures, reduce downtime, and enhance overall productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction or industrial environments.
- Prior experience working with drying or similar processing equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to read technical manuals and operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform manual tasks reliably.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Construction experience or familiarity with industrial settings is a plus.
