Floor Supervisor - One Steakhouse & Lounge
We are looking for a confident and motivated Floor Supervisor to join our team at One Steakhouse & Lounge, one of Hull’s premium dining and hospitality venues.
This role is ideal for someone with strong restaurant experience who can lead the floor, support the management team, and help deliver a smooth, professional and memorable guest experience.
You will be responsible for supporting daily service, guiding team members, maintaining high standards, handling guest requests, and making sure every shift runs with confidence and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and support the floor team during service
- Ensure guests receive excellent service from arrival to departure
- Help manage bookings, table plans and guest flow
- Support staff training, standards and service consistency
- Handle guest feedback professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail
- Work closely with management, bar and kitchen teams
- Help create a positive, organised and professional working environment
What we’re looking for:
- Previous restaurant or hospitality supervisory experience preferred
- Confident, well-presented and professional
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Calm under pressure during busy service
- Good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
