We are looking for a friendly, organised and detail-focused Office Administrator to join our growing fire and security team.
This is a varied and rewarding role within the fire-safety and security industry, where you will help support customers, engineers and the office team with day-to-day administration.
About the role:
You will be involved in general administration relating to intruder and fire alarms, CCTV and access control systems, while also supporting our accounts, service, installation and sales teams where necessary. You do not need to have technical knowledge to fulfil this role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Involved with purchase ledger processing and supplier administration
- Assisting with accounts administration
- Supporting service, installation and sales teams
- Keeping customer records and job details accurate
- Communicating with customers, engineers and colleagues
- Assisting the directors with administration when required
About you:

Accounts or bookkeeping experience would be a distinct advantage but is not essential. Full training will be provided.
