Poplar Farm Flowers Ltd is looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our busy flower-growing and packing operation.
The Role
As a Machine Operator, you will operate the sleeving machine to support the efficient packing, assembly and preparation of our flower products.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the sleeving machine safely and efficiently.
- Carry out machine setup, operation, safety checks and cleaning.
- Support the packing, assembly and preparation of flower products.
- Ensure a continuous production flow and minimise machine downtime.
- Monitor the machine and report any faults or issues promptly.
- Maintain high standards of product quality and presentation.
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Follow all health & safety and company procedures.
About You
- Previous machine operating or production experience is desirable but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
- Reliable, organised and able to work in a busy environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours
- 7:30am - 4:30pm
- During the tulip season, working hours may extend to 6:00pm depending on production requirements.
