Duties
- Welcome guests arriving during the night shift with friendly, professional phone etiquette and guest service skills
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while providing accurate information about hotel facilities and services
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of the premises, and controlling access points to ensure safety for all occupants
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests, resolving issues with a positive attitude and professionalism
- Handle emergency situations calmly by coordinating with emergency responders and following established protocols
- Keep detailed logs of overnight activities, incidents, and visitor entries to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Support the housekeeping team by reporting maintenance issues or guest concerns that arise during your shift
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently during night hours with high levels of reliability and discretion
- Hospitality experience or familiarity with hotel operations will enhance your effectiveness in this role
- A positive attitude combined with excellent communication skills in multiple languages is preferred

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
