Duties:
- Conduct vehicle servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Perform Electronic Vehicle Health Checks (EVHC) and diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Undertake routine maintenance tasks such as changing brake pads and conducting inspections
- Work independently with confidence, demonstrating a proactive approach to workshop tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workshop operations
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Support continual learning, particularly in EV technology and MOT licensing requirements
Requirements:
- Relevant experience as a Vehicle Service Technician or similar role
- NVQ Level 2 qualification in vehicle maintenance (Level 3 advantageous)
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to work autonomously
- A genuine enthusiasm to learn and develop skills in EV technology
- Valid driving licence
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good sense of humour
- Ability to undertake ongoing training and adapt to new technologies
