We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading property and asset management consultancy who are seeking an experienced Retail Centre Manager to join our Southwest team. This is a hands-on, varied role taking day-to-day responsibility for a shopping centre and multiple retail sites across the region.
You’ll work closely with property managers, clients, tenants and contractors — acting as the face of the portfolio on the ground. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving and take real pride in the spaces you manage, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out property inspections, risk assessments and compliance checks
- Managing soft and hard services across the portfolio
- Liaising with tenants and attending on-site meetings
- Supporting service charge budgeting and reconciliation
- Coordinating contractors and monitoring third-party performance
- Managing contracts and tendering processes
- Using CAFM and H&S management systems (central to the role)
- Upholding HSQE standards and embracing ESG principles
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in retail or shopping centre management (strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of service charge, contracts and procurement
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Confident, independent and able to resolve issues on the spot
- Health & safety knowledge (NEBOSH desirable)
- Competent in Excel and report writing
- Full UK driving licence (essential)

Pay: £46,420.00-£49,000.00 per year
