The Radcliffe-on-Trent Golf Club, is a private members Golf Club with catering facilities.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking sous chef to join our kitchen team. MUST HAVE own transport and be able to work regular weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting head chef with running our kitchen to a high standard
- Adhering to 75% GP
- Helping to maintain our 5* Hygiene Rating
- Preparing, cooking and presenting fresh food to high standards
- Deputising for head chef in his absence
- Assisting with food ordering and stock rotation
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
- Working on your own and as part of a team
- Managing kitchen at weekends
Job Skills:
- An ability to stay calm under pressure
- An ability to follow orders and instructions
- Strong leadership skills in chef's absence
- First rate culinary skills
- Banqueting and a la carte experience.
