Experienced Gas Engineers
Location: Cardiff & South WalesSalary: Competitive (DOE) + Overtime + Bonus Incentives
Due to continued growth, Limegreen is recruiting experienced Gas Engineers to join our team.
We’re not a national company and we’re not trying to be one. We’re a family-run business with a great reputation across South Wales, built on doing the job properly and looking after our customers.
We’re looking for experienced engineers who take pride in their work, enjoy what they do and genuinely care about the customer experience.
The Role
Our workload includes:
- Boiler servicing and annual gas safety checks
- Boiler breakdowns and fault finding
- Boiler and heating system installations
- General heating system maintenance
- Heat pump work (experience preferred but training available)
A large proportion of our work comes from our growing Care Plan customer base. Most of these customers have Worcester Bosch and Ideal boilers, so good knowledge of these manufacturers is a real advantage.
Our work is almost entirely for private domestic homeowners, so customer service is just as important as technical ability.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for newly qualified engineers or people who still need constant support.
We want experienced engineers who can hit the ground running, work independently and represent Limegreen professionally.
More importantly, we’re looking for the right attitude.
If you’re the sort of engineer who:
- Treats every customer’s home with respect.
- Takes pride in leaving every job clean and tidy.
- Speaks to customers like a human being, not a robot.
- Turns up when you say you will.
- Is honest when something doesn’t go to plan.
- Wants to build trust rather than just finish the job.
…then you’ll fit in well here.
Nobody gets everything right all the time. Mistakes happen. We’d much rather someone puts their hand up, tells us what’s happened and helps us put it right than tries to hide it. That’s the culture we’ve built and it’s one we’re proud of.
