Experienced Joiner – Full-Time (Employed or Subcontractor)
Fix Developments is seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Joiner to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves carrying out a variety of joinery works across Hull and the surrounding areas on both commercial and domestic projects.
We are looking for an experienced joiner who takes pride in their work, delivers high-quality finishes, and represents the company professionally at all times. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be confident interacting with clients, and be able to build positive relationships while working in customers' homes and on commercial sites.
The position is available on either a full-time employed basis or as a full-time subcontractor role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all aspects of first and second fix joinery to a high standard
- Install doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, flooring, kitchens, and other joinery works
- Read and work from drawings and specifications where required
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard across residential and commercial properties
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
- Work across sites within Hull and the surrounding areas
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in joinery and carpentry
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good timekeeping and a professional attitude
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools required
