Pattesons Glass Ltd, based in Grimsby, are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality, Compliance & Sustainability Advisor to join our organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an evolving function, helping to ensure we meet the highest standards while supporting our commitment to Quality, Compliance & Sustainability business practices.
Duties
- Maintaining our BRCGS - Quality Management System.
- Leading compliance and audit preparation.
- Managing EPR compliance and supporting PPWR readiness.
- Driving Sustainability initiatives across the business.
- Conducting internal audits and managing corrective actions.
- Supporting supplier and customer compliance.
- Monitoring legislation and advising the business on regulatory changes.
- Promoting continuous improvement and best practice.
Experience
- Experience with BRCGS quality systems.
- Knowledge of EPR and environmental compliance.
- An understanding of sustainability and packaging legislation.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Internal auditing experience.
- A proactive approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience with BRCGS quality systems.
Experience with PPWR, ISO standards or the packaging/manufacturing sector would be advantageous.
