We're Nev and Tanvi, the founders of Rise Dental & Medical, and we're opening a new premium private dental and medical clinic in Chelmsford this summer. We are seeking a dedicated and professional qualified dental nurse to join our clinic to become a core member of the team and help us build it from the ground up. What we're looking for
- Qualified, GDC registered dental nurse with at least 2 years' experience ideally
- Someone reliable, warm, positive and motivated with patients, who's comfortable in the energy of a new clinic finding its feet
- Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required
- Comfortable to occasionally take part in receptionist roles if required whilst the team is growing
- Experience with digital patient management systems is a plus, we use Dentally
- Desirable to be IV sedation trained but not a must
