Forklift Driver/ Loader - Night Shift - 7:00pm-4.30am
From £12.71 per Hour + night shift allowance.
ESG are currently looking for a qualified Forklift Driver to join our established team at our factory in Witham. The purpose of this role is to ensure the right glass is picked matching the paperwork, securely packed and safely loaded onto our vehicles, getting it to the right customer in time. With a keen eye on quality, you will spot if there is an issue before the glass goes onto our lorry.
You will also be responsible for the maintenance and housekeeping of our yard area, doing physical work outside, lifting and moving glass and stillages and organising the yard area. This is very much an outside job.

About You - Essential
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence - In date - Essential
- Great attention to detail and with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team to support your colleagues.
- Proactive and methodical approach to work.
- Results driven and motivated to get the job done.
- Performs well under pressure and enjoys the challenge.
- Professional, confident, and a mature attitude. Excellent communicator.
- Physically fit. The role does involve manual handling/ heavy lifting and is mostly standing.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
Qualifications:
You must have a current counterbalance forklift license.
