Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:00pm, Friday 7:30am – 1:00pm
Hourly Rate: £13-£15.50 DOE
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Benefits once permanent: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, pension, overtime available during busy periods, Christmas closure, Christmas bonus, early finish on a Friday.

Job Duties:
· Carry out soldering of both small and large electronic components to a high standard
· Assemble electronic products and components accurately in line with technical instructions
· Follow production schedules and adhere to product process times
· Conduct visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
· Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation at all times
· Work collaboratively as part of a small production team
· Support other areas of the manufacturing process when required
· Follow health and safety procedures and company guidelines
What we are looking for:
· Previous soldering experience is essential
· Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
· Good manual dexterity and practical skills
· Ability to work independently as well as within a team
· Willingness to learn new processes and techniques
· Flexible and adaptable approach to work
· Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
