The Role
- Manage buyers & vendors through the full sales process
- Conduct viewings, handle offers and negotiate confidently
- Generate new business and support branch targets
- Build strong local relationships and deliver exceptional service
What You’ll Need
- Proven residential sales experience (estate agency)
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- Positive and commercially aware
- Full UK driving licence & own car
