We're looking for a commercially focused Product Manager to take ownership of an exciting global product portfolio, driving strategy, innovation and business growth within a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Managing the full product lifecycle from concept, development and launch through to growth and end-of-life.
· Developing and delivering product strategies that support revenue, profitability and business growth targets.
· Acting as the voice of the customer by gathering market intelligence and translating customer needs into successful product solutions.
· Conducting market research, competitor analysis, market sizing and business case development to identify new opportunities.
· Working collaboratively with R&D to define product specifications and ensure successful product development.
· Identifying new markets, applications and customer segments to drive portfolio expansion.
· Setting global pricing strategies that balance market value, competitiveness and profitability.
· Producing accurate sales forecasts, monitoring product performance and reporting on opportunities and risks.
· Leading cross-functional projects and supporting strategic business initiatives.
· Representing the business at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events, including occasional international travel.
Ideal Candidate
· At least 5 years' Product Management experience within a manufacturing environment.
· Experience within the food or beverage packaging industry would be highly advantageous.
· Degree qualified in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or another relevant technical discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
· Strong commercial awareness with the ability to develop and execute successful product strategies.
· Excellent analytical skills with experience of market research, competitor analysis and forecasting.
· Confident working with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations and commercial functions.
· Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
· Customer-focused with the ability to understand and position complex technical products.
· Highly organised with strong planning and project management skills.
· Willingness to travel internationally when required.
