You will lead the bar and FOH team during shift to ensure smooth operations and to uphold high standards of service and food safety.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service during busy periods
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of bartenders to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service in accordance with licensing laws
- Train new staff on bar procedures, customer service protocols, and health & safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory control
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster a welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or team management experience within the hospitality industry
- Strong background in bartending, with cocktail knowledge a huge plus
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team in a busy environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
