The Food Innovation Chef at Ace World Foods plays a key role in developing next-generation chilled food products, with a strong focus on taste, freshness, and scalability.
This role blends culinary creativity with food science and manufacturing practicality. The chef is responsible for creating new formulations, improving existing recipes, and ensuring that every product maintains consistent quality from pilot kitchen to large-scale production.
At Ace World Foods, the Food Innovation Chef works closely with R&D, production, and quality teams to design products that align with consumer preferences while being technically feasible for chilled distribution systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop new dosa batter variants and adjacent chilled food products in Indian cuisine
- Optimise fermentation profiles for consistency, flavour, and texture
- Translate culinary concepts into scalable manufacturing recipes
- Conduct sensory testing and product benchmarking
- Collaborate on shelf-life extension and cold-chain compatibility
- Drive innovation in clean-label and convenience-focused formulations
