Compassion Homecare is a friendly, dedicated, home care provider supporting people to live independently and with dignity in their own homes. We're growing our team of compassionate care assistants across Orpington and surrounding areas, and are looking for people who genuinely care about making a difference in someone's day.

Your visits may include:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, continence care)
- Medication prompts and support
- Meal preparation and assistance with eating
- Light household tasks (cleaning, laundry, shopping)
- Companionship and social support
- Mobility assistance and use of care equipment
- Accompanying clients to appointments or outings
What We're Looking For
- A warm, patient, and reliable nature — experience is welcome but not essential, as full training is provided
- Good communication skills and a genuine interest in people's wellbeing
- A full, valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for visiting care)
- Flexibility to work some early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Right to work in the UK
