Air Conditioning Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Engineers to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of a wide range of air conditioning and HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation of air conditioning systems, including split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, and ventilation systems.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works.
- Diagnose faults and undertake repairs efficiently and effectively.
- Complete service reports and associated documentation accurately.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and colleagues.
- Attend emergency call-outs when required.
- Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicles to a high standard.
RequirementsEssential
- Proven experience working as an Air Conditioning Engineer.
- Valid F-Gas Certification.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good understanding of current HVAC regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Desirable
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- IPAF and PASMA certifications.
- Experience with VRV/VRF systems.
- Electrical qualifications or experience.
