We’re seeking motivated individuals with a strong foundation in customer service or contact centres (experience preferred but not essential). You’ll be computer literate, adept at multitasking, and, most importantly, possess a genuine passion for problem-solving and a desire to create satisfying customer journeys.
Shift Example (5-week rotation): Your shifts will cover the full opening hours, consisting of one week of 12:30 – 21:00 shifts, one week of 09:30 – 18:00 shifts, and two weeks of 08:00 – 16:30 shifts.
