With an established customer base and ambitious growth plans, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the next stage of our commercial development. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in shaping the sales strategy, expanding our customer base and building a high-performing sales team.
Role Purpose
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy across multiple channels, including:
- Wholesale sales to new and existing customers
- Pharmacy sales within a new, growth-targeted division
- B2B sales to clinics, healthcare providers, commercial partners and new verticals
- B2C sales initiatives where appropriate
The successful candidate will be a highly organised, energetic and commercially driven leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on sales activity. They will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth whilst maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers and developing a scalable sales function for the future.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the company's sales strategy to deliver sustainable growth.
- Identify new revenue opportunities, market segments and routes to market.
- Create annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans.
- Establish clear sales objectives and KPIs across all channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs.
- Provide regular commercial reporting and sales forecasts to the leadership team.
- Brand development (Existing and new) in collaboration with LPG’s marketing function.
Business Development
- Generate significant new business opportunities across all sales channels.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers within clinics, pharmacies and healthcare organisations.
- Build a structured pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Lead major customer negotiations and commercial agreements.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships.
Account Management
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure customer retention and growth through effective account management.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Drive customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Work closely with customer service and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Pharmacy Division Growth
- Lead the commercial development of the pharmacy sales division.
- Develop relationships with pharmacy operators and healthcare professionals.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and market penetration.
- Ensure sales activities align with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate and develop the existing sales team.
- Set clear performance expectations and objectives and manage those expectations into successful outcomes.
- Conduct regular coaching, effective sales training, performance reviews and development planning.
- Recruit, onboard and develop additional team members as the department grows.
- Create a “buzz”. Bring about a “go-getting” and “fun” sales culture within LPG, leading from the front and focussing on building a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, activity and results.
Sales Operations
- Formulate, manage and administer the sales commission scheme in conjunction with the senior leadership team.
- Implement and maintain structured sales processes and disciplines.
- Ensure CRM systems are effectively utilised and maintained.
- Monitor sales performance against targets.
- Produce accurate forecasts, reports and analysis.
- Develop sales tools, scripts and best-practice processes.
Key Performance Indicators
The Sales Manager will be accountable for:
- Revenue growth

Experience Required
Essential
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leadership role.
- Track record of delivering significant sales growth.
- Experience managing both new business and account management activities.
- Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Experience managing and developing sales teams.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
Desirable
- Experience within aesthetics, healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical devices sectors but not essential.
- Experience selling to clinics, healthcare providers or pharmacies, also not essential.
- Experience within a wholesale or distribution environment, also not essential.
- Experience scaling a sales team during periods of growth.
- Knowledge of the UK aesthetics market.

- Build a scalable sales structure capable of supporting a team of 10+ sales professionals.
- Establish LPG Clinics Wholesale as the preferred partner for aesthetic professionals globally.
Location: Huddersfield (with UK travel as required and periodic weekend promotional events).
Reporting to: CEO & Founder
Direct Reports: 4 (with planned growth to 10+ team members)

Pay: £40,000.00-£49,000.00 per year
