Duties
- Manage overall warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated team
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all warehouse activitied
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, conduct regular safety audits, and enforce proper equipment use such as forklift
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a warehouse or logistics environment with strong leadership capabilities
- Deep understanding of supply chain management principles and logistics best practices
- Hands-on experience with shipping & receiving procedures, forklift operation, and warehouse equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
Pay: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
