Manufacturing Learning & Development Lead

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Learning & Development Lead to join our team and play a key role in developing a highly skilled, competent, and flexible manufacturing workforce. Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will lead training and competency activities across manufacturing operations, ensuring employees are trained, compliant, and supported to perform at their best.
As Manufacturing Learning & Development Lead, you will act as an ambassador for learning and development across the business, designing and delivering engaging training programmes that support operational excellence, safety, and employee development.
Working closely with Production, Operations, Health & Safety, and Subject Matter Experts, you will ensure training processes are robust, compliant, and aligned to business needs. You will also lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Trainers, helping to drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the site.
