School Estates Manager
Location: Blandford Forum, Dorset
Salary: Approximately £40,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and proactive School Estates Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our school site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for site security, planned and reactive maintenance, health and safety compliance, contractor management, supervising cleaning and caretaking teams, and ensuring the school buildings and grounds are safe, secure, and well maintained.
Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills are essential, along with experience in facilities or estates management within a school or similar environment.
Interviews are expected to commence during the week commencing 20 July.
Pay: From £40,000.00 per year

- Blandford Forum, Dorset: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Estates Manager: 1 year (required)
- EDUCATION ENVIRONMENT: 1 year (preferred)
