As a small business with ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Sales Engineer to help develop our components division and build strong relationships with customers across the UK.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales of our engineering components portfolio by identifying new opportunities, supporting existing customers, and building long-term relationships.
The role combines customer visits, Teams meetings, telephone calls, and office-based activity. You will work closely with customers to understand their applications and recommend the most suitable solutions from our product range.
This is a varied role that offers a great balance between technical problem-solving, relationship building, and commercial development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales of our engineering components portfolio.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and win new business opportunities.
- Visit customers throughout the UK to understand their requirements and applications.
- Conduct customer meetings via Teams, telephone, and face-to-face visits.
- Work with engineers, buyers, and decision-makers to provide technical solutions.
- Generate and follow up quotations and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records.
- Liaise with our manufacturing partners in Germany and Italy.
- Support the company's growth objectives through proactive business development.
Pay: £28,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
