The SLP Group is seeking a reliable and versatile Multi-Skilled Tradesman to join our expanding team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone experienced across a range of trades, including painting, carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, and general property maintenance. You'll work across residential and commercial sites, delivering high-quality workmanship with a focus on professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on client properties
- Carry out painting, decorating, plastering, minor plumbing, and general carpentry
- Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and correctly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Work independently or as part of a small team on larger projects
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in multi-trade or general property maintenance
- Skilled in several trades, ideally including:
- Painting and decorating
- Minor plumbing
- Tiling and flooring
- Carpentry or joinery
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with attention to detail
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
